My initial experience of working on a computer was nothing less than bewildering. While my curiosity in Computer Science has always been quite high, what captivated my attention was the way things were designed. Learning from every new design was simply refreshing!
As a designer I have always valued simple and clean design patterns. To me user experience is a feeling where as important it is to think as a user, it is more important to think as a human. Every product has a story. I believe that UI should tell that. Beautiful! well-thought website, thoughtful interactions play major role in this. I enjoy designing- UX/UI, Mobile & Web Apps, Logos, Printable Designs.
As a developer, “How does it work?” is a constant question that keeps me thrilled. I like to code things from scratch. How people get engaged and engrossed in an application and just the experience of using it makes them happy. The idea of making the user happy seems much rewarding. I enjoy bringing their ideas to life. So, I design beautifully simple things and code them to look amazing and actually work! I love what I do.
I enjoy using different design tools and am familiar with a number of tools such as Adobe XD, Adobe Indesign, Adobe Illustrator, Sketch, Adobe Premier Pro, Marvel, Figma. Still, Pen and Paper are my favroite.
Being a Computer Science Engineer languages have been a part of my life for quiet a long time now. Started from C, C++, Java through C#, Python and Kotlin I finally found my fit in HTML & CSS.
While developing anything tools play a very crutial role, I comfortably work on tools like Atom, Visual Studio code, Eclipse, Android Studio, Remix, ApacheSOLR, Amazon Web Services and also have experience with databases like MySql, SQLite, MSSQL, MongoDB.

AutoTranscription, an open-ended, retrainable speech framework developed on MEAN, which transcribes the discussions of end users and presents the summary in a set of keywords.

Developed a transcription based content summarizing web application on MEAN Stack. My prime contribution: 1. Designed and developed the Front-End of the application: - Incorporated wireframes (Low-fi : pen and paper | Hi-fi : AdobeXD) - Created working (Hi-fi) prototype using AdobeXD - Developed an interactive, intuitive and responsive user-interface for the application. (Angular6, HTML5, CSS3, java script, bootstrap)
UB Clubs ia a mobile app designed for UB students to stay updated about the events happening on campus. It aims to keep them connected with different clubs in university to enhance their productivity.
Completed storyboarding, survey designing, interviewing, persona & affinity diagram development.
Analysed the data collected and developed initial paper prototype.
Implemented UI/UX principles for developing the final prototype.
Created a final working High fidelity prototype in AdobeXD after completeing Usability Testing.
Completed an IR project on twitter using tweepy API It involves: Querying twitter using Keywords, language filters and geogrophical bounding boxes. Indexed thousands of tweets in seconds (Using Solar) in multiple languages. Created inverted index, posting and implementing startegies (TAAT & DAAT)to answer Boolean queries, python script for crawling and processing raw tweets and saving them to EC2 instance of Amazon AWS. The efficiency of this searching, collecting and processing data was increased in the second phase of this project. Goal of this project was to implement and evaluate various IR models and improve the search results in terms of Mean Average Precision.

I have worked as a Developer for Corning Life Sciences. Here I designed custom UI screens on Delmia Apriso.9.7, created SP’s on Oracle for data insertion/updating in standard Apriso tables and supported Post-Production Testing for major releases of the project. Wipro was my very first experience of a large organisation which taught me a lot about work culture.

Being a co-founder of the organisation I've played very diverse roles in muskaan, from teaching to making major structural decisions. I've headed creative department as a Core team member. Designed modules for e-learning classes, handeled 60+ students 8hours/week, designed posters, banners and invitations for Fund raising events. "Muskaan is very dear to me." I have learned a lot in the journey.

My journey with Kronos started as a Public Relation sub-head, prior to the year when I became Exhibition Head for the organisaztion there I handeled clients and conducted meetings with the sponsors. In the next year as Exhibition head I lead a team of 20+ volunteers in decorating the campus for this month-long Tech-Fest. We created different look for different events on campus everyday.

Ojas is the official college magazine of my undergrad institution. I had many roles as we were a small team. I pitched new ideas for articles, suggested new themes for next editions. Proofreaded articles and edited them when required. Selected the artwork to be used in the magazine. Worked closely with the Editor in chief for making major changes to the design, look and feel of the magazine.
